Food

After our visit with Ryan (trip report almost ready), I decided that it was time to introduce more "table foods" and purees to Sadie. I've also decreased her formula intake from 8 oz to 6 oz.
She's started eating full servings of Yo Baby yogurt with cereal, can eat a fruit and a vegetable purée (jars) and has had egg on toast and grilled cheese.
Here she is sneering at the homemade chicken noodle soup I made for her:

She won't even touch it! I had it for lunch and it was good!
Oh well!!

  1. Look at that squishy face!! You can send Sadie's serving of chicken soup over to Ryan... that's one of his favorites!

  2. Chunk will help eat it too! :) solids are a good thing and although it is hard to transition our babies, it is good for them! Chunk is almost done with puree's and has servings of our dinner every night! Experiment with foods and she will grow used to new flavors and textures...

  3. So cute. And new stuff sometimes has to be given to them a few times before they'll touch it. It's all very strange for them. :P

It's fun when they can take table food because you get to feed them whatever you're having, especially when you go out to restaurants or parties.
