2ww

I'm officially in the 2WW! I had my first of two inseminations this morning. My follicle was 30mm.Thankfully it was still there when I went in this morning because my surge came at its typical fast and furious rate again this cycle. On Friday I was LH4 and on Saturday LH42. I thought for sure I'd missed Ovulation AGAIN but nope, my easter egg was still there.

BIG FOLLIE

on CD12 with a huge 24 mm follie and no sign of a surge! It's going to be a LONG long weekend - although I was FIRST on the list for b/w and u/s this morning (first time ever) so things may be quiet at the clinic due to the holiday.
I don't think they'll trigger me because it's not in my protocol. When I went in on Tuesday my Follicle was already @ 20mm. They could have triggered me then and I'd already be in the 2WW!!! Instead I'm spending Easter Long weekend going in for b/w and u/s at 7:00 am.

Our Donor (#2)

Since we're running dry we opted for a new donor. This was my number one choice but we decided against him originally because he looks A LOT like my brother and that is just weird if you think about it too much. Since #1 hasn't worked we're moving on. We've also submit our paperwork for the ID release donor we may use.

Fairfax

AF arrived late this afternoon.
It took me a long time to be comfortable with Donor sperm in general (I'm a bit paranoid about diseases and stuff) and Fairfax won because of their screening procedures include PCR and serological testing. That may sound silly since I know there have been a couple of high profile issues with them in the past couple of years but my hope is that they have learned from that experience and corrected their procedures (which were not screening related but reporting related). I've thought of going with Xytex to pick a new donor but I keep coming back to Fairfax and only being comfortable with them.
I can't believe that my next try is the last one for a 2008 baby! My mom's bday is December 14th and it looks like my EDD for try #5 would be December 16th. That's pretty cool.

Lawyer Visit

Our lawyer visit to get the docs signed for Fairfax went well although I'm not certain we are going to use that donor. He's now available if we want to use him. I was a bit upset after speaking to my distributor because they said my current donor had an excellent pregnancy rate and everyone I've spoken to has gotten pregnant by him in under 3 attempts. Not me!!
I'm still without AF and I'm going between strong feelings of crampiness to nothing at all. I took my last progesterone supplement yesterday morning with my last HPT. My RE had said to stop on the first full day of AF which I did last time. I don't feel like prolonging a BFN so I stopped. I can't help but hope I'm that 0.01% that doesn't get a BFP with a HPT

Still BFN

Still BFN as of this morning but AF hasn't arrived. Clomid must mess with your cycle because this is very unusual for me. Normally I do not make it to 14DPI without AF (the reason I asked for Progesterone) and last cycle when I started Progesterone I started spotting the night of 14DPI instead of the night of 13DPI like normal.

Not sure what to do. I'm hoping I get AF today or tomorrow but if by Monday there still isn't anything I'm going to go in for my scheduled blood test.

BFN AGAIN

I've had BFN after BFN and I feel like AF will be here any minute. I guess we're on to try #5. DW and I are meeting with a Lawyer this afternoon to get our Fairfax ID consent form notarized. We've decided that although we have 3 vials left of our current donor it's time to switch to see if that helps.
